Term Of Service Dreamland: Sleep and Relax
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using Dreamland: Sleep and Relax (the "App"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
2. About the App
Dreamland: Sleep and Relax is a mobile application that allows users to listen to sounds, music, and playlists to aid in relaxation and sleep. Some features are available in the free version of the App, while others are accessible only to users who upgrade to a premium account.

You agree not to: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App; (ii) distribute, transmit, sublicense, lend, rent, lease, or otherwise make the App available to any third party; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; or (iv) make the functionality of the App available to multiple users through any means.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to and use of the App at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may cancel your account at any time by uninstalling the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamland: Sleep and Relax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
